Monthly Virtual Address Service

We will redirect up to 15 items of regular and standard large letter-sized business mail to the address of your choice monthly. Post beyond the 15 letters will be charged at the price of postage, and the cost will be added to your following bill.

As a virtual office customer, you are entitled to a discounted rate on meeting and boardroom hire fees.

Weekly Virtual Address Service

We will redirect up to 25 items of regular and standard large letter-sized business mail to the address of your choice monthly. Post beyond the 25 letters will be charged at the price of postage, and the cost will be added to your following bill.

As a virtual office customer, you are entitled to a discounted rate on meeting and boardroom hire fees.

Frequently asked questions

How does the fee for a Virtual Office get paid?

All fees must be paid in advance by direct debit or bank transfer. All monthly fees must be paid quarterly in advance and all annual fees must be paid in full in advance.

How will my mail be forwarded if I sign up to a Virtual Office Service?

Mail will be redirected via Royal Mail to the address supplied on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the service selected.

What about Parcels and Oversized Letters?

We will let you know via email when any parcels or oversized letters arrive, however unfortunately due to the costs involved all parcels and oversized letters (not including standard large letter sized post) must either be collected at an arranged time from Jennymount or can be forwarded at an additional cost.

How much does a Virtual Office Service cost?

For UK based businesses:

Our monthly business address service costs £30.00 per month or £300 per year or for our weekly business address service £40.00 per month or £400.00 annually.

For EU based businesses:

Our monthly business address service costs £40.00 per month or £400.00 per year or for our weekly business address service £50.00 per month or £500.00 annually.

Kaizen, a Brand, Digital and Design agency has been operating out of Jennymount Business Park for just over 5 years now. We have circa 4400 sq.ft. split between a production facility on the ground floor and open plan offices, for the Design, Digital and Commercial team on the first floor. The open space allowed us to set up both the production facility and the office space to suit our way of working. We have a really modern working environment, set in a refurbished mill with plenty of car parking for customers, easy for deliveries, great access for staff and yet still a short walk into the cathedral quarter of town for lunch, meetings etc
The site is safe, secure, open 24/7 and managed extremely well. Having moved from a very busy site with difficult access, limited parking and limited facilities Jennymount has proved a very good decision for our business.

We have leased floors in this building for a number of years and found it to be easily accessible from various parts of the city. The building, which has recently undergone a renovation, now has a modern look and feel. The addition of electric charging stations will be a real asset to those who work and park in the ample car parking facilities. There is easy access to the different levels within the building which is suitable for wheelchair users. The foyer reception area always has a member of staff on hand to greet and direct visitors.
Lisa Fairly has been very accommodating, particularly when room hire is requested. The available rooms are bright and spacious with plenty of amenities, eg toilets and a kitchen area which are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Lisa provided us with chairs, tables, flip charts to host our meeting.
